No surprises.

I already pay for call AI — will I be charged twice?

No. When you switch to Pulse, your phone provider stops billing you directly and bills us instead. You get one bill at the same plan level, and the full reporting platform is included at no extra cost.

What's the difference between Reporting and AI plans?

Reporting gives you the full dashboards — live stats, missed-call recovery, and ring-group, DDI and agent reporting. AI adds call transcription, summaries, emotion scoring and the greeting generator, with a monthly transcription allowance.

What if I go over my transcription allowance?

Nothing breaks and there are no surprise charges — transcription simply pauses until your allowance resets on the 1st. Want it to keep running? Switch on overages and extra transcriptions are billed per transcription at your plan's rate (from 3p each).

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every workspace starts with a 7-day Pro trial (up to 500 AI transcriptions), no card required. After that, choose the plan that fits your team.

How does billing work?

Monthly, on a single bill, renewing on the 1st. VAT is added for UK customers (EU business customers reverse-charge). Change plan or cancel anytime.

How long do you keep call recordings?

For as long as your plan keeps the calls themselves — up to 90 days on Lite, a year on Pro, and three years on Max. That's far longer than most phone systems, and every recording is searchable and playable right inside Pulse instead of buried in a shared drive.

Will I get my old recordings back?

Pulse keeps its own copy of every recording from the moment capture is switched on, so your archive grows deeper the longer you're with us. What we can't recover is anything your old system already deleted — we can only keep what we've seen. Within a few months your Pulse archive already reaches back further than your previous provider's.

Do I need to install anything?

No — Pulse connects to your phone system through HashKey. Your first report lands within minutes of connecting.

Does it work with Garage Hive?

Yes. Connect Garage Hive once and Pulse matches every inbound caller to their contact automatically — so you see who's calling, their history, and their customer rank and NPS, without lifting a finger. There's nothing to install inside Garage Hive.

Do I need a management system connected to use Pulse?

No. Pulse runs on your phone data — missed calls, callbacks, the priority follow-up list, dashboards and recordings all work from the moment you connect your phone system. Linking a management system like Garage Hive is optional: it adds the customer context (who's calling, their rank, NPS and open jobs) that makes the follow-up list sharper, but the feature works without it.
